I want you to love every And Eve item you purchase, but I understand there are times when you may want to arrange a return. If you are not 100% happy with your item(s), please request a return by email within 14 days of receipt. Items will receive a full refund, excluding delivery fees as long as they have been returned in original condition and properly packaged. This excludes non-returnable bespoke items. Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns on bespoke commissions that have been requested personalised by subject, size or colour, unless the item is faulty.

Please note that, once your item has been returned and received, it can take up to five days to process a return. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service and keep the receipt for returns.
