If you are not 100% happy with your item(s), please request a return by email within 14 days of receipt. Items will receive a full refund, excluding delivery fees as long as they have been returned in original condition and properly packaged. This excludes non-returnable bespoke items. Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns on bespoke commissions that have been requested personalised by subject, size or colour, unless the item is faulty.
